Remote support prices are $200/hr (nonmembers) or $150/hr (members).
Membership packages have 30-minute sessions included. When a member purchases an additional hour, 2 30-minute sessions are added to that month's total.
If you are not a member and purchase a session, you purchase the entire hour for one session.
To purchase sessions, call, email, or fill out the form below, and we will add it to your account or to use it right away.
Onboarding and Offboarding staff take the tedious work away from you. We remote in, install the software needed, set bookmarks, and make sure anything else that is needed for the new hires day to day activity is ready for them.
When an employee leaves the company, we remote in and remove any information that is left over so you can reuse the computer for the next employee that you hire.
