Certain IT problems require physical presence because they involve:

Hardware Repairs: Replacing or installing components like hard drives, routers, switches, or printers.

Network Setup & Cabling: Configuring routers, laying cables, and testing connectivity between devices.

Peripheral Setup: Installing and troubleshooting monitors, printers, scanners, and other connected devices.

Power or Connectivity Failures: Diagnosing issues that prevent remote access entirely.

In-Person Assessments: Inspecting infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks, or planning system upgrades.
$200 an Hour ($150 for members)
Plus the price for any equipment or part needed.
Onsite support is limited to South Western Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas
